Exchange Procedures

We strive to provide a seamless experience for exchanges within 3 days from the date of delivery. Once our team accepts your exchange request, you will receive a confirmation via your registered email. Our logistics partner will arrange pickup of the returned item within 24-48 hours, with two attempts made for pickup. In case of unsuccessful pickup attempts, you may write to us at buzz@beebeaver.com
Upon receipt at our warehouse, each product undergoes a quality check. Once approved, exchange requests typically take between 7-10 working days for processing. If the requested size is unavailable, we offer alternatives such as exchanging for another product or issuing you a discount code.Please ensure products returned for exchange are in their original condition; items that show signs of wear or damage may not qualify for an exchange.
For return orders, please note that we do not accept any return orders.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders is permissible until the order is dispatched from our warehouse. However, prepaid orders are final and non-refundable.
Conditions for Exchange
You may initiate an exchange under the following circumstances:
- The product does not fit properly.
- Both the product and its shipping package are damaged.
- The product is defective.
- They must be unworn, uncleaned, and untampered with.
- Brand tags, original packaging, and accompanying accessories must remain intact and undamaged.
- The product should not have any alterations unless the defect is vendor-related.
- Returns for the exchange must match our records and include the complete set if purchased as part of a set.
- Products must be in unused, undamaged, unwashed, and saleable condition.
We reserve the right to decline exchange requests that do not meet the above conditions.
